All Sales Final: Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or unopened meat products.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at matthew@punkjerky.com. We will evaluate your claim and, if valid, work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement.
